Material Packages - Conditions of Purchase
Objectives
Each Unit Standard / Qualification package available is designed and aligned towards the National Qualifications Framework. The aim of the programme packages are to enable Training Providers to submit it for Programme Approval / Endorsement / Accreditation to their respective SETA ETQA.
License Agreement
The materials are sold with single user rights which will enable you to edit/use/implement the materials as much as you would like for your own organisation but not for resale purposes.
SETA Programme Approval / Endorsement
Due to the timeframes associated with the submission of programmes for approval / evaluation to the various SETA ETQA's, we cannot submit each programme ourselves to achieve programme approval status prior to offering it to our clients (you) nor do we have the need for such as we do not offer Training. Therefore, each programme will need to be submitted by yourself to your respective SETA for approval.
Remediations
After submission of the training programme to your SETA ETQA and it is established through evaluation by the SETA ETQA that the materials are not fit for use and implementation we will undertake to remediate the materials at no extra charge to you. For us to honor this service you will need to submit the SETA ETQA evaluation report along with your proof of purchase to our offices. We will then make the necessary changes promptly to allow you to re-submit to your respective SETA. This service is part of your initial purchase and included in the price.
